Deleting the data

Im wanting to delete all my data and I looked for it here but theres a problem it says to press L + R + A + B + Y + X when on the "NINTENDO LOGO SCREEN" which I have no idea where it is. If someone knows could you please tell me ASAP!!! Thank you :)

It's very simple, the logo appears just when you start playing your nintendogs lab and friends game (before the lab photo on the touch screen)
