I think that you need to buy like a code breaker or somthing.

When your codes for the game come up click on add new code, type in the name press next and then type in the code that you found

You need a device called action replay, input the code on the AR, then connect it to your ds and change everything you want to change on your nintendogs game. Hope this really helps!
