I wouldn't because that book is really rare. It would take a super long time to find it again if you wanted it back.
I've heard of those and tht they were hard to find. If you need more money there is a cheat on ar tht gets you max money ( trust me I did it before)
No don't sell it! It's very rare! A friend could ask you to lend it to him to unlock the breed and you wouldn't have it. And besides, all puppies love this book. Hope this helps!
