You have to get it from a friend that has the limited edition Dalmation and friends version. Hope this helped :-)

You just find it on walks. To get a Dalmation, you can do that, or meet a friend with the Dalmation coming over.

You find a fire mans hat then after the walk it says you have unlocked the dalmation!
