My friend got it and he got it by this way:
1.fireman hat:get a sombrero and get the clover clock.give the sombrero to a dog and use the the clover clock then go the the sea and walk there much
NOTE:you got most change if you can see the sea so after some walks you can find it.

Jack russle book:dunno. If I find it I tell ya more about this

Put on a Lucky collar and/or a Lucky Cloak and bring the FIRST DOG you brought to incress chances of getting the items below.

Fire Hat: Go on a walk. A way to incress the chances of finding it is puting the Lucky Collar, Lucky Cloak, and your first dog and walk near parks, seas, and shops to INCRESS your luck, also the best way is when you hear a horn (Like a firefighter or police truck/car horn, also when your puppies howl.) then quickly walk outside!

Jack Russel Terrier Book: Wear a Luck Collar, Lucky Cloak, and bring out your FIRST PUPPY out to walk near seas,parks, and shops.

CLUE/NOTES:
USUALLY the RARE items are NOT found while walking to a ? Box. The hint is when your puppy stops on the MAP and is still walking down below screen, chances are that it is a present on the floor or garbage. Most of the time the presents are rare!

TIP: ? BARK ITEMS (Usually works)

1 Calm bark= gift
2 Calm barks= gift
1 loud bark(dog crouching and barking)= person and dog
2 lod barks (dog crouching and barking)= person and dog
