Having the lucky collar doesn't automatically make you able to find rare items. It only increases your chance a little. Still, with a bit of time and patience, you'll find that rc helecopter. But remember, there are loads of rare items in the game, and you can't chose which one your dog finds.
Make sure that you feed and give water to your dog before you walk it. Treat it good, like petting it, and giving it baths, right before you walk it.
Your chances will increace but my dog wears it every walk and I haven't found an RC helicoptor or anything
How do you get the lucky collar because I just wear a purple leather collar, do you find it on walks?
