Question for New Super Mario Bros

Hi I've just got this game and it is really good but my friend has more minigames than me and I was wondering how I can unlock them. For example I can't get the 21,s game but he can. Is there something I have to do to unlock them,

Best thing I can say is to beat the game and get three star rating
Get all coins
Beat every level
I can't think of the third thing though

From what I've heard, there is also a secret Mini-Game, but you need the 3 Star rating.

How to get the Stars:
Get all the Star Coins.
Beat all the levels.
Beat the game / Get all the backgrounds.

I had the 21's game from when I first bought it. It's called "Luigi-Jack." I don't believe you have to unlock them. They should just be there.

Some minigames are for multiplayer only I mean how can you play blackjack by yourself? I still think they should've like put computers in multiplayer so youcan have all games without you're friend having a ds too..
