Which one?
There are 2 castles in that world.
Castle 1: To beat Skeleton Bowser, either run under him or shoot enough fireballs at him.
Castle 2: To beat Bowser & Bowser Junior, jump on top of Bowser Junior's shells and chuck them back at him. Then jump on his belly until he dies. As for Bowser, run under him and hit the switch. OR you can grab the mega mushroom from the house in this level and Use it on them to bulldoze them to their doom!
