There are four ways to do that
World 1-1 jump on the red koopa at the end of the level and put the shell on the steps now repaetedly sotomp on it
World 2-4 same way as world 1-1
World 4 -5 pick up the spiny shell and put it in a tight spot where bobombs will come
Worlds 1 - 8 jump on the top of the flagpole on every level

First you go to world one four then go to a turtle shell pick it up then go the part write before the flag then bump the turtle shell against it
