To unlock world 4 you have to get the blue tiny mushroom at the end of world 2 and keep it untill you get to defeat him then you have to jaump and hold down down do that about three times
To unlock world 7 you have to do the same but on world 5 castle ;-)

To unlock them you should be mini mario and to have to beat the bosses in the world before it to unlock it.
