I have completed the WHOLE GAME but...

Hi, I have completed the game, got and spent all the star coins and unlocked every secret exit there is, yet I only have 2 of those stars next to my profile when it should be three as I have completed everything! What have I not done..., plz can someone help me as I want to get those 3 bonus stars but I do not why I only have 2. Thx, plz help!!!
