LEVEL 5 Ghosthouse Secret Ending!!!!!!

Someone please please help me out!! In the level 5 ghosthouse you need to hit the invisible blocks and then take the vine to get to the secret ending. My problem is the vine only appeared one time and now everytime I go back it isnt there!! What am I doing wrong? Any help would be soooo greatly appreciated this is driving me nuts!! Thankkkk youuuu :)
