Hi! I had the same problem. I wanted Action Replay. I've got it now. It's a little chip that you put into the game section of your DS then when it loads you take out AC and put in your game. (In this case, New Super) It will tell you how many cheats you have then go to little asterisk (*) and select it. This will take you to the menu where you can ACTIVATE your cheats. You can buy it on E-Bay for around $50 or $60. Hope I helped!

The last answer was great, just a few more notes...
First off, I got mine at Best Buy for $25. Second, the Action Replays currently for sale DO NOT work for the DSi...I E-Mailed them about this and they said they're developing one... So if you have the DSi, don't waste the money, it won't work.
