How do you get the 3rd star coin on W5-ghost house?

You must go up the stairs to the floor above the door on the ledge on the left hand side there will be 3 blocks stand on the middle block duck down and jump (no need to duck if your small) which will give you a vine to climb which will bring you to your 3rd star (be careful of the falling goon as you climb)
