You need to find the red flag in lvl W7-5 to unlock lvl W7-A, to get there go through the lvl and wen you come near the end where the big bullet is try and use the bob-ombs to get into the green tube below the strange blocks, first use the bob-omb on the blocks above the tube, then wen you hve done tht use the bob-omb tht is by the multi-bullet machine on you're left, place tht where you just blew up the other one, and you should be able to get in, don't give up becuase it takes a couple of tries to do it.
