I need help getting the green mushroom below 7-3 I think I need a secret passage on the ghost house to get it pl help.

You can get to the green mushroom house by doing this:
From the beginning, hit the block on the far left that is hiding a p-block. Step on it and go through the lower right door.
You will see hands at the top of the screen. Once they are pointing directly at you jump. This should reveal another p-block. Use it and run to the far right of the room. You will see two platform. Climb them and go through the next door. Once arrived there, you will have to jump on the p-block provided in that room. Run to the left. There will be an L-shaped formation of blocks. The third one from the right hides a vine. Hit the block with the vine, climb up the vine and you will get to the secret exit that will open the path to the green toad house.
