I was wondering if it is possible to make an action replay code so that you have a mixture of a feather (old item from super mario world , super mario adventure 2) and a blue shell (new super mario), I also want that code to make me invincible but I want the shell to be black and in stead of when your invincible you are rainbow colors, I want a flashing/ blinking of red and black. I don't know if you can make this because it sounds difficult but if a professinal cheater can make it, please do so. When it is made please e-mail it to me. ***PLEASE AND THANK YOU!!!***

You can not make a cheat that includes something not originally in the game. So, obviously, you can not have a feather item, in any way, shape, or form. Also, changing the colors for the shell would most likely shift the majority of the colors in the game, as would changing the invincibility animation. Also, if you were invincible, you wouldn't be able to see the shell anyway, so that makes no difference.
Your closest thing is to take the Invincibility code from either the Action Replay's default codelist or the Action Replay codes on this site, and combine it with the start with blue shell code.
