I'm not entirely sure if there is a ''Infinite Nitrous'' cheat for Nintendo DS, did you try to look at the cheat section? If you can't find it then you can try to buy a cheat device like Action Replay or Gameshark and find a code that let's you use ''Infinite Nitrous''. If there is no code then i'm sorry to tell you that I can't help you.
