HELP!!!!!

Where is ripped scroll #2 it said it would be in the land of fire plains but there is only land of fire grasslands help me please p.s who is make out guy

The place you get ripped scroll#2 is Land of Fire Grasslands.ok you go all the way down,then right,up,right.now you're in the second area.keep going right all the way the past the gate with the two red headed ninja and the you're in the third area.then go up,right and fourth area.this is the area where you get the scroll.then go right across the bridge and up then use the Mountain Climb Technique.the right basket contains natto(???) and the left one contains the RIPPED SCROLL#2 and the makeout paradise guy is Jirayia(A.K.A Pervy Sage)
