The giant spiders take a little more time to take down that the regular spiders, hence the name. Just continually strike them down. Your special jutsu would work well here.

Just use the Jutsus whos names are in blue letters.Also go to a high spot in the area so they can't reach you.

Yeah do what Zoids says, what that does is that it hurts every character on the field, even if not on screen.

Use a summoning jutsu like toad blade or acid slime. Ranged jutsus.
