I can not find the 3rd tuning fork any where how do ypu get it out the clock

put nine oclock on the clock you should get the tuning fork

I put 9:00 on the clock and it doesn't do anything. I can't advance at all in the game without it.

that did that to me too so I wiggled the big hand a little and it gave me the tuneing fork
