I have beeten dark mega man and now I have this old p code.... Mega man says "i think it has something to do with scilab" I have been there and searched every where talked to every one but can't find what to do .... Some one help me..... Please

Okay first go to the scilab three. If you go all the way to the entrance of scilab 4 there will be a p-code. There you go.
