Question for Mega Man Battle Network 5: Double Team

Hi it's my first time asking but here goes. If you beat NebulaGray but did not have 100 standard chips do you have to get 100 chips and beat him again? My game after I beat him started me back at Nebula's base.

No you just have to get the 100 standard chips to get into nebula area.
