Question for Mega Man Battle Network 5: Double Team

I get how you find the way to the flying navi (umm larkman I think) and I know where the invisible path is. But there is no portal at the end of the invisible path just the navi I bought dark something off. So how do you get the portal to appear please help I'm so stuck!

Ps: do you need to have finished it cause I have.

There are two invisible paths
One northwest of the netshop goes to undernet 1 and larkman
Other east of the tomahawk/napalman data and goes for the black navi that sells you darkdrill
