I don't know if i'm right but I think he is in Nebula area 4 (murkland)
I think it's in Nebula Area 6, if there is an area 6, but I'm not sure.
hes in nebula area 4 as regular bass and hes in nebula area 6 in omega version but you got to beat the DS navi and nebula grey v.2 and then you have to beat bass v.3 in nebula area 6
