First, you should not try to liberate every panel, but only the ones you need to liberate to get to him.second, you should use magnetman's magnet shield every once in a while, and when both megaman and protoman are frozen.sorry, but I can't give you any tips on beating shademan.

I think it's better with Colonel so you don't need order points but to just have Knightman stand close to them.
