Question for Mega Man Battle Network 5: Double Team

Could someone tell me how to beat protoman omega. I either die or I win with 1hp and with a regular protoman chip. I need either protoman ds or sp for a total of 40 megachips. If you know a good folder without dark chips so that I won't get hit and I can get from a rank of 7-S

Yes, I know a good deck. It's powerful, it's based on counter-moves (Protoman attacks like a MADMAN) and it's got ChaosLord X. One backfire though: it took me a loooo(insert a million o's here)oooong time to finish getting this deck.
