Will my records been lost if I uptade them on the Wi-Fi second time, because it says it in the game.

No, but it will overwrite the current listings downloaded on your save file...you are able to view the Wi-Fi records once disconnected. Updating again will overwrite those records with the most recent, but won't affect your records.
