I got all 70 board and it still won't give me the toad fountain! What gives?

I am not sure there's something wrong here or it is possibly mine. I got items like 42 and 71 at the same time without having all the others unlocked. I have no clue how but either that's not right or mine is wrong
Are you sure? Triple check, and make sure you have all the badges, boss trophys and character figures.
Board feature 71: Play a 30 turn game on any board. You will have to play as Toad. Then at the end of a turn you will play a random minigame. If the same minigame show up twice turn off your ds system because you get it by playing 30 minigames in one party. 4 player board includes all minigames and 2 player only includes 32 minigames so to be sure to get it you should play 4 player!
