Question for Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time

I am in yoshi's island/world and as baby mario get the water I see on a given moment by a slanting wall , but after that I can't jump. I tried also everything already ,also the big mario en luigi, but that gets also nothing out, and as I jump against that warpblock baby mario tlost the water

Help!

You have to press y button then baby mario will spit out some water.
Tip: you use y button to put out the fires
