You have to find all three star cures. Then their power will destroy the barrier.

Actually...if you mean the bars by the pipe, well my previous answer is wrong.

I'm not totally sure but I know you have to go into peaches castle from the front, and go around to the back. What I'm not sure about is: I think theres a button of some kind which the brothers hit, or a button that bowser hits. So if it's bowser you have to rescue him first.
