What character should I be for Lightning Cup on 150cc and 100cc?

If you know how to snake pick dry bones and the b-bomber. If you don't know how to snake pick the guy you what then the fasest cart. Get the speed boost in the begging or pick a cart with good acceleration.

I suggest luigi or yoshi

Just to be awkward, I am going to say Bowser in The Egg1, that combo has never let me down. It's good for tracks where you can push people off because you are heavier than most and have a good acceleration, but when on large straights you are forced to snake like mad to keep up with the bigger karts.

The items you pick up will always be bannas or green shels but if you drift right and get a good start you should be so far ahead that it wont matter if you get hit by a blue shell.

I suggest trying multiple people on Time Trials, and see who you can get a good time with. (Try not to use mushrooms, so it's more like the actual Grand Prix.) After finding a good person and kart, go for the real Grand Prix, and try your best. That's about all the advice I can give you. I hope I helped.

When ui did that I used toad and won very easily because toad has very good car handling to me. Also never pick bowser, wario or donky kong because they suck in the lightning cup.

Dry Bones in Dry Bomber.you might get bad items,rarely triple shells and a blue shell,it doesnt matter.Dry Bomber has the fastest acceleration.

I used Yoshi in the Egg 1, since I hadn't unlocked the 3 karts.
