Do you have DSL? Find the code of your router and install it as an access code into you're ds. Otherwise I do not know.

First do what that guy said. Then go on mario kart and select nintendo wfc. Select nintendo wfc match, the rest you should be able to figure out. Also, it will take a while to find people and don't select freinds unless you know people who are currently racin. Hope I helped.
