Well I know you can get Mission 7 by getting a star with all the other missions. It's a fair bit harder and the boss is a Wiggler which you have to race. Good Luck.

Well I have done ever single mission even including the all seven missions. Oops well I have an answer the are only seven missions thats it no more.

You have to get a star on every other mission.
