Usally the heavy weight poeple is better for 150cc e.g wario,donkey kong and bowser. But I used toad it was really hard.

My best character is Luigi in the Shooting Star but it's all a matter of opinion. You choose your favourite charcter in the car you think is best and if it doesn't work out try a different combo. Hope I could help.
