How do I unlock the staff ghost???

Get a really fast time in whatever level you want to do and it will show up.
For an example get around 1:39:00 for Figure 8 circut and go back to Figure 8 circut on the level selection screen and hoop there it is.

The staff ghost seems to be unlocked when you get within 10 seconds or so of the staff ghost's time. The time varies from track to track, so just try to go through the course as fast as possible.

Get within 5-10 seconds of the ghost, and you will unlock it. It will be named "ninten*" followed by many other symbols. It is an extremely fast time, but it can be beaten. It is usually pretty handy to copy off of their stratigies.
