Question for Mario Kart DS
When I race in this game and run into item boxes, I don't stop the roulette purposly or anything but I seem to aleays get banana peels.Is there any reason this happens and how do I get better items?

It's just a random item you get, I've gotten quite a few bananas in a row. It's just luck, if your in first though, you may get bananas alot of the time.

When me and my friend play i'm mostly in first place I always get bannanas

You always get bananas, fake ?'s, or green shells when in 1st. If you want better items, get in 8th like my bro always does. Then you get a Bullet Bill, Golden Mushroom*, Blue Shell, Blooper, or other things. *See my hint called "Better golden Shrooms" and if you think I called you a maniac I'm just saying some people push it to fast.

It is not random when in 1st spiral-man. Oh obiwan1212 you can also get 3x bananas in 1st. Bananas and fake ?'s are a good thing if one wants to "rig" a real ? With a fake one or banana. Hope I helped with these two answers!
