On the Great Cave Offensive in the old tower there is a treasure between the Koopa shell and Warrior shield. The treasure is on the other side of a cannon, but I cannot light the cannon. Please help, how do you get to this treasure?

I know this is a late answer but here:
You can't light the cannon. You have to make a Fire Helper and have him do it for you.
