The Last Ability in "Milky Way Wishesa"...

Here is what my touch screen menu looks like:
Ice
Plasma
Yo-Yo
Bomb
Sword
Fire
Wing
Cutter
Mirror
Beam
Fighter
Parasol
Stone
---
Jet
Suplex
Hammer
Ninja
~and~
Copy
I know it is on the Planet SKYHIGH, but I'm not quite sure where. If someone could please tell me what ability I am missing and how to get it, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you in advance.

You are missing the Wheel ability. To get it, on the planet Sky High, there is a cannon. Light it, then run to the right and jump in. It will blast you to the place where it is.
