To fuse what you need to do is when you se like a flame any where in a level just slash the sword through the flame and it should turn red the you have the flame sword but it won't last long you can do this with others to

On the touch screen, drag the bubbles together. Only do this once you got the Sword Scroll, though.

Don't listen to metal. He doesn't know what he's talking about.
Once you have a sword bubble and a fire bubble, drag the sword onto the fire.
An easy way is to become Bubble Kirby and turn fire and sword enimies into bubbles. You can also make a Thunder Sword and an Ice Sword in the same fashion.
