To beat Metaknight, Get the electric sword by combining the sword and spark abilities. You then can use the sword to hit him in close range or use the elctric sword on the metallic floor to send out little sparks to hit him when he's far away. To make it easier, use the tornado ability. You then can hit him multiple times and can also become invincible to all of his attacks. These are the best ways to beat him.

Oops. Sorry. I thought you said how to beat Metaknight. Anyway, no, you can't be him. I beat the entire game and found nothing. And those abilities are the only ones I found as well, so probably no.

Too bad you can't be metaknight.And there are special abbutribes for tornado.
