How do you get yellow wonderfuls from the mine?

Is their a certain level you can find it and where can you find your ranch number?

Well if you go down to the last level of the mine the harvest goddess will appear and reward you with a wonnderful but it's a random color and theres two other ways which are get first place in a festival but it also gives you a random wonderful and the other one is go to chens shop all the days through winter because some times he'll sell wonderfuls and thats how I got my yellow one.
