I can't Propose Properly to Skye,

I can't propose Properly to skye, He in red heart,I always got my Blue Feather Equipped even when I sleep , I got all the items needed on the house and House upgrades, but still I can't Propose, and the next day there is no Scene, it's not raining or something, and there is no Events


(And yes, I still play it :3)
