Kai's has a red heart already.but when I give him the blue feather,he says his not ready to get married..WHY?!

Have you gone through his love-events? Even though you may have cheated to get his heart red you still need to activate them else your chosen bachelor will not marry you.

Have you done all of the events with him? If you havent then do so I don't exactly remember when they happen but most of them happen on the beach on a sunny day.

I think you have to get an amount of sprites(I think thats how you spell it) to marry someone.

There are lots of reasons for that.
You didn't fulfill all the requirements.
-Red Heart
-60 Sprites
-4 Heart Events
-Big Bed
-2nd House Upgrade
Okay... So... That's the whole reason. 
)
