Celia has a red heart but I have not seen any of her heart events, everytime I try to witness her heart events she is never where the walkthroughs say she is supposed to be, what do I need to do? Please help asap!

Maybe because you don't need them anymore! So after you rescue the 60 harvest sprites, have the big bed, and save the harvest godeess(me) give her the blue feather that is available in Karen's store to prpose!(The blue feather only appears after you have done all of the requirements!)
