Hi, I've been playing since 16th August, so I'm quite new at this.
1. I want to get Muffy's second heart event, but everytime it's a rainy morning I goto the beach at 9-11am and nothng is happening. I'm really stuck as what todo. I've been trying everytime it's rainy. The last time I tried was summer 29 [which is now as I've posted it] and nothing happening. I'll be so greatful if you could help. Thanks so much. :]

Well, as long as you're sure you've seen the first heart event, the second will work any rainy day BUT wednesday. 9-11:00 am. Stay on the road outside the beach, and when the time changes, walk into the beach area. You should trigger the event that way.
Well, the only thing that I can think of is: Is her heart level at the right color? If you don't have her affection up enough, give her more gifts that she likes. Otherwise, just try again. I've had a few instances where events don't occur when they're supposed to. I just try again next time, and they usually work out just fine :D
