I have a huge question!!! I went to ninas house around 11-12 pm but I stil did not get the fishing pole. I need help!!!!

You have to go to there house at 11-12 and HAVE NO TOOL EQUIPED!and sunny day hope it helped!! Harvest moon expert out!
