I will give you the heart events for Flora-
I know that you can get the spring once you have a child.......

1st Heart Event, (Black): any day 11.00 p.m. To 12.00 a.m. At the Excavation Site
2nd Heart Event,(purple): Inner Inn, lobby, 6.00 p.m to 7.50 p.m. On any day except Tuesday (rain or sun)
3rd Heart Event,( blue): walking from Vesta's farm to Waterfall on any sunny day except Sunday, 11.20 p.m. To 12.00 a.m.
4th Heart Event,(yellow): at Excavation Site, 7.30 a.m. To 7.50 p.m. On any sunny day except Tuesday

If Flora marries Carter before you get the springs, you can't get the hot spring. Um, here are the heart events...I think. I can't remember that far back....sorry.

Black:Go into the mines at night after Flora has come back from her wandering. It can't be Tuesday either.

Purple:Go into the Inner Inn on a rainy day around 1:00

Blue:Not Sunday, sunny, around 11:20, come into the waterfall area from Vesta's Ranch Area.

The points? They help the new people know who to ask when they need help on a specific topic, for example when you go on Nintendo DS(just an example, can be for anything really), you shall find EspeonDude_, v-gamer, Chaosbug(can't remember the number, sorry), tigger4will(she just zipped by me), and yours truly. I don't know about anyone else, but I'm starting to get a feeling from all these questions from Jedi to tigger4will. What kind of feeling? I'll let you figure that out.
