Hello again and I need help please, I probly sound stupid but I can't get the second heart event for celia do you need to make her like you before you can get the event or somthing so someone please help me. Thank you

You don't sound stupid at all.... Sometimes those heart events are tricky to trigger!
You have to be at the right affection level before her heart event will trigger. Then the heart will change color. She would have to be at least 10,000 to see the second (purple) heart event. Keep trying, it will happen eventually!
The heart events can only be triggered after you get the girl you wanna marry to a specific heart color. Also, the girl you want to marry should be on a purple heart, if you wanna trigger the second heart event. For the third, it's blue, for the fourth, it's yellow, for the last heart event(technically), you get after the girl is on red heart, after you have the big bed, and have rescued sixty harvest sprites. Then, use the blue feather next to the girl you to get married. Afterwards, you officially get married one week after the proposal.
OK, I got the circus to come to town but they say that they wont do a show because they have no staff. How do they get staff do I have to hire people for them?
