That's a really good question!!! No, it does not rain in winter, it snows.... Soooooo..... There are some events you can't see during the winter. Most you have to wait until Spring.

Waa! You spelled my name wrong. But it was Prob'ly just a typo.

No it snows in winter. And instead of hurricanes it has blizzards. (sounds like fun huh?)

Of couse I'm not sure if this happens to everyone but I experinced on of Flora's Heart events when it needed to rain on a snowy day.
